Description
We are a training and consulting company offering services to international corporations, government and non-government organizations, and private clients. We approach each project individually, providing comprehensive support and tailored solutions. We have been operating since 2010. The name TRAINING TREE was created by the company's founder, Dr. Marcin Capiga. Training refers to the main activity - conducting training and group coaching. The tree symbolizes growth (development) based on strong foundations (mission and values). In the logo, one can see a soaring bird - a symbol of unleashing the potential of individuals and companies. Our Training Team consists of specialized business practitioners who have previously held key positions in their organizations.
The modern job market increasingly challenges specialists to work in multicultural teams. Globalization, technological development, and international cooperation mean that we encounter colleagues from different cultures both in traditional offices and in remote work environments. Each culture is characterized by different communication styles, approaches to time, and work styles. In some cultures, direct communication is the norm, while others prefer subtle suggestions. There are also different ways of building professional relationships, approaches to hierarchy, and methods of conflict resolution. Some cultures value individual work, while others emphasize collective decision-making. How can we effectively collaborate in such a diverse environment? The answer lies in developing intercultural competencies in everyday work. Learning practical communication skills with colleagues from different cultures, understanding their perspectives, and building bridges between various work styles can significantly impact team effectiveness and job satisfaction for all members of a multicultural team.
