Training Description

"What is a buddy?" is a training program that prepares participants to take on the role of a buddy – a person supporting the onboarding and adaptation of new employees in the organization. The training develops skills in building relationships, creating onboarding plans, effective communication, conflict resolution, and monitoring progress. Participants learn the perspective of a new person in the organization, how to conduct the first meeting, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback. Through a workshop format and working on specific situations, the training enables the acquisition of practical tools to support onboarding in various work environments – from corporations to the non-profit sector. The program assumes a flexible approach and allows for the adaptation of strategies to the realities of a specific organization. Participants leave ready to effectively support new employees – both emotionally and substantively.
