The "Art of Presentation and Public Speaking" is a training program that helps participants develop skills in self-presentation, speaking in front of a group, and delivering effective presentations – both internal and external. Based on practical principles, the program combines psychological knowledge with communication tools, supporting the development of self-confidence and the strength of the message. During the training, participants learn how to attract the audience's attention, maintain their engagement, and build the speaker's credibility. The training includes working with voice, body, presentation structure, and coping with stage fright and difficult situations. Participants will learn the principles of building visual messages, planning slides, and adapting the presentation format to the goal and audience. The sessions are workshop-based – with individual and group exercises, presentation simulations, and recording analysis. Participants will create their own presentation structure and receive feedback to support their development.
