Description

Company Description

Coach Republic helps organizations build a work environment that enhances performance, engagement, and employee well-being. I am a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths strengths coach, a job crafting facilitator, and a graduate of the TROP Trainer School, with 21 years of experience in an international corporation translating into a practical understanding of business realities, pressures, and expectations for managers and teams. I combine talent diagnosis with implementing changes visible in daily work. The result: greater responsibility and independence of employees, more effective leadership, better collaboration, increased motivation, and reduced risk of burnout. Coach Republic is development that works.

Training Description

The team workshop based on CliftonStrengths® is a continuation of the work started during individual talent analyses and represents the next stage of implementing a strengths-based approach in the team. The program is conducted after completing all CliftonStrengths® assessments and 1:1 consultations, usually a few months after the first stage, allowing participants to enter the workshop with an awareness of their own talents, while the manager has clearly defined business goals. During the workshop, the team works with a complete talent map (Team Grid), discovering how individual members complement each other and where tensions or overload risks may arise. Participants learn how to leverage strengths in daily collaboration, how to build partnerships based on natural predispositions, and how to communicate in ways that reduce misunderstandings.
The workshop allows for a team-oriented view of talents: it strengthens the understanding of shared resources, increases responsibility, improves information flow, and enhances the overall effectiveness of the group. The manager gains practical insight into team dynamics, supporting more accurate delegation and conscious utilization of employee potential. The meeting concludes with the establishment of specific implementation directions, ensuring that strengths translate into real results and quality collaboration. The workshop does not include individual assessments; it is the next step after they have been completed.
