Module Flow: During the first part of the training, participants will engage in a training game that allows them to step into the shoes of entrepreneurs managing their own hotel. They will need to analyze available data, observe the actions of other participants in the game, and make decisions crucial for maximizing their company's business outcome. Recognizing emerging opportunities and planning their long-term use will help participants understand the difference between reactive actions and those resulting from a well-thought-out strategy. This interactive session aims to open a discussion about the classical concept of competitive strategy according to M. Porter and promote attitudes towards consistently implementing their strategy and optimizing actions at the tactical level.

- Module Flow: During the second part of the training, participants will undergo practical training in using selected tools supporting strategic management. Based on the Vroom-Yetton-Jago model, which defines standards for involving colleagues in the decision-making process, participants will experience how the quality of decisions and their acceptance by other employees becomes a measure of effectiveness. This area will be linked to interdepartmental collaboration and will allow for the creation of stakeholder maps and connections for key decisions. The PrOACT method will help appreciate the advantage of long-term thinking and the necessity of considering the impact of other processes within the company. The goal of this module is to develop skills in situation analysis and making optimal decisions, as well as training in recognizing relationships and causal thinking.
