Essential competencies that a modern Office Manager should possess include project management, change management, effective communication, process mapping, and, of course, awareness of the possibilities that new technologies currently offer. Familiarity with the latest legal regulations regarding, for example, electronic archiving of invoices is also significant. We present a program that practically illustrates various areas where the Office Manager can successfully introduce new technologies, thus becoming a leader of change in the organization, which is needed in almost every industry.
