Training Description

An individual development session based on the MTQPlus® report, aimed at deepening the participant's self-awareness and translating the research results into specific actions that support professional effectiveness and mental well-being. During the meeting, the participant learns about their main resources and areas requiring strengthening within the 4C model of mental resilience (Control, Commitment, Challenge, Confidence).

The results are discussed in relation to daily professional situations, current challenges, and the role performed in the organization. The session allows for the identification of individual sources of mental resilience, a better understanding of one's reactions to stress, pressure, changes, and uncertainty, as well as determining factors that may support or hinder effective functioning.

The participant also receives practical developmental recommendations and tips on strengthening mental resilience in daily work. The outcome of the meeting is greater awareness of one's resources, better understanding of reactions in demanding situations, and an individual action plan supporting further development and well-being.
