We specialize in large training projects aimed at managers at various levels of management. Our market differentiator is innovative training tools such as games and training simulations.

Training Description

This training aims to equip participants with practical tools and techniques for effective time management and prioritization. In today’s dynamic work environment, this skill is crucial for achieving professional success and maintaining a balance between personal and professional life. Participants will learn how to consciously manage their time, avoid the traps of multitasking, deal with "interruptions" and distractions, and plan their actions in both short- and long-term perspectives. The training employs an innovative approach, including the training game "Your Time", which allows participants to experience the challenges of time management in practice. Analyzing decisions made in the game will help identify best practices and understand the consequences of flawed strategies.
