Module Flow: The module will begin with an analysis of the challenges faced by managers during crises and changes. Participants will learn ways to build a sense of responsibility and proactivity, both in themselves and in their employees. We will focus on practical aspects of goal setting and task delegation, presenting proven models and methods such as SMART(ER) and EXACT. Quantitative and qualitative metrics for goals will be discussed, as well as the importance of employee participation in the goal-setting process. Participants will learn how to formulate goals correctly to ensure they are motivating and effective, as well as the consequences of poorly set goals.
Module 2 - Managerial Communication and Goal Implementation Management - Communication cycle: planning, monitoring, summarizing conversations

- Module Flow: The second part of the training will focus on the conscious implementation of a 3-phase communication cycle, including planning, monitoring, and summarizing conversations. Participants will engage in practical training for conducting these conversations. They will also have the opportunity to prepare for dealing with challenges and difficult situations that may arise during meetings with employees. The differences between monitoring and control will be discussed, and participants will learn to consciously choose the timing and frequency of monitoring. They will also learn managerial practices that increase the degree of task execution and quality. The module will conclude with a summary that will strengthen participants' competencies in effectively managing employees through goal work and applying proven managerial models.
