Module Overview: The first module will introduce the topic of stress. Participants will learn about its types and impact on individuals. Exercises will help them identify their own reactions to stressors and recognize symptoms of stress. They will become familiar with the ABCD method of emotions to understand how thoughts influence emotions in stressful situations. Participants will then be introduced to the world of Rational Behavior Therapy (RBT) and learn how irrational beliefs affect stress levels.
Module 2 - Coping Techniques for Stress - Techniques for identifying irrational beliefs

- Module Overview: In the second module, participants will have the opportunity to practice challenging their own irrational beliefs using RBT techniques. We will then focus on developing positive self-talk. Participants will learn the principles of healthy semantics and the Five Principles of Healthy Thinking. Through exercises, they will learn relaxation techniques such as mindfulness and Jacobson training, which will help them reduce tension.
