The CliftonStrengths® Gallup workshops for teams are a dynamic, one-day process that integrates previous individual work on talents and translates it to the level of the entire team. Participants come after completing the Gallup CliftonStrengths® All 34 assessment, allowing them to relate their personal experiences to the context of daily collaboration within the team. During the workshop, through interactive exercises based on Gallup's strengths methodology, participants get to know each other on a deeper level in a safe format, exchange perspectives, learn to express their needs, and better understand the action styles of others. Everything takes place during intense interactions in various formats of teamwork: in pairs, in small groups, and with the whole team. The team learns its talent arrangement on the Team Grid map, discovers key strengths, and how it can collectively achieve goals and tackle challenges by leveraging natural talents. The outcome is a substantive integration of the team, manifested in greater openness, increased trust, and heightened motivation to collaborate.
