Description

Company Description

EITT is a leading provider of IT and business training in Poland with over 15 years of experience. We specialize in modern technologies, management methodologies, and professional skills development.

Training Description

Modern organizations compete in implementing new project management systems. While they structure work, they do not guarantee the success of tasks performed. Project management requires a set of skills that goes beyond the rigid action plan contained in popular methodologies. While everyone focuses on creating management schemes, instructions, and templates for correct action, you should invest in intuition and practical soft skills. The training is based on a package of topics at the intersection of psychology and management that facilitate the efficient work of project teams. By recognizing the working styles of individual team members, you will learn how to better motivate them and how to assign them tasks they will perform most efficiently. You will also gain the knowledge necessary for conducting coaching conversations, evaluating work, and preventing conflicts.
