Description

Company Description

Our business focuses on providing the highest quality training solutions for domestic and international enterprises. We specialize in large training projects aimed at managers at various levels of management. Our market differentiator is innovative training tools such as games and training simulations.

Training Description

The training aims to develop key managerial competencies in the area of effective task delegation and progress monitoring, which is fundamental to building a responsible and independent team. Participants will learn how to strategically assign responsibilities, tailoring them to the competencies and potential of employees to increase their engagement and effectiveness. The training focuses on the practical aspects of the delegation process – from precisely formulating expectations, through providing appropriate support, to effectively giving feedback. Techniques for monitoring progress in a way that motivates rather than demotivates will also be addressed, allowing for quick identification of potential challenges and making adjustments. Participation in the training will enable managers to increase their own productivity and that of their team, relieve them of excessive operational duties, and develop the potential of subordinates, which will directly translate into better organizational results and the building of a culture of trust and independence.
