Description

Company Description

I am a certified business trainer specializing in data-driven communication, presentations, and public speaking. My training work is based on over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, where I have worked in both expert and managerial positions. Over the years, I have been responsible for data analysis, user experience design, and presenting results and recommendations to stakeholders—from project teams to management. I led a UX/UI team at mBank and managed projects that required integrating analytical, business, and decision-making perspectives. I understand the realities of working with data in organizations: time pressure, information complexity, and the difficulty of translating analyses into decisions and actions. I leverage this knowledge to help analysts, managers, and project teams communicate insights more effectively, build recommendations, and increase the impact of their work.

Training Description

“Data Storytelling in Business” is a practical training dedicated to effective data communication in the context of decision-making. The training focuses on what happens after analysis—formulating insights, building narratives, and guiding audiences to understanding and action. Participants learn how to select data, organize it into a logical story, and present conclusions in a way that is understandable to non-technical audiences. Data storytelling is not treated here as a "story for effect," but as a working tool that supports business decisions, priorities, and changes. The training is workshop-based. Participants work on real business examples, analyze data, formulate insights, and build recommendations that can be directly applied in their daily work.
