The workshop focuses on the practical aspects of communication in a project environment and can complement the business simulation "Royal Garden." The program was created in response to findings from the Standish Group report, which identifies communication as one of the main causes of project failures. Participants, working in three teams at different organizational levels, will experience real communication situations and develop effective information management methods. The workshop combines theoretical elements with intensive practical training, enabling the transfer of acquired skills to daily work.
